Napa Tennis Escape Liability Waiver

Event Name: Napa Tennis Escape
Event Dates: September 15-18, 2025
Location: Silverado Resort, 1600 Atlas Peak Rd, Napa, CA 94558

By participating in or attending Napa Tennis Escape (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in or attendance at Napa Tennis Escape, held at Silverado Resort from September 15-18, 2025, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from tennis activities, weather conditions, equipment use, or the actions of other participants or spectators. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my attendance or participation in the Event.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in or attend Napa Tennis Escape, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Napa Tennis Escape, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and Silverado Resort (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in or attendance at the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, costs, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from my actions or presence at the Event.

Medical Authorization

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in or attend the Event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Napa Tennis Escape staff or volunteers to secure medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and I agree to assume all associated costs.

Property Loss

I acknowledge that Napa Tennis Escape and the Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to Silverado Resort during the Event.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

I understand that the Event, scheduled for September 15-18, 2025, may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Napa Tennis Escape. I agree that the Released Parties are not liable for any inconvenience, costs, or losses resulting from such changes.

Acknowledgment

I have read this Liability Waiver carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing or agreeing to this waiver (e.g., through registration or ticket purchase), I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties for negligence. I agree to these terms freely and voluntarily.
